Why are they so chuddy compared to the rest of the EU? They weren't willing to let in refugees or at least to a much much smaller degree than other European nations. They are generally very anti lgbt, Poland used to have "anti-lgbt zones" and claim to be Catholic. But doesn't Christianity tell you to help those in need? Why is it so different with these countries specifically?

I believe that people who truly need help don't shamelessly beg, don't commit crimes, and don't try to invade the country that helped them and make it uncomfortable for them.
