Japan has higher fertility than most of Europe (not counting immigrants and gypsies) and East Asia THOUGH. And has a higher population and similar fertility rate compared to the whole germanosphere. So by your logic nobody should learn German or Polish or Russian since they’re slowly “dying” and are annoying to learn. Going purely off fertility all languages are dying besides Brown and Black people languages but that doesn’t inherently make learning Somali or Yoruba useful.
