They hire modders that try to improve their game and put stuff like NPCs back into the game, and then have them scrap their mods and put them on some lame shit task like making a simple fishing mini-game. They disable multiplayer and mods for their experimental builds (the entire game is still in early access btw). They take literal years to release an update ranging from shit to mediocre. Devs unironically cried because reddit was too mean to them and they obviously can't handle any sort of criticism. I probably forgot some things, but that's from the top of my head.

I have considered them respectable, after hearing their stories of their set backs, them pulling allnighters for the game and basically living like students. But especially the "early access since 2011" part rings some bells. Reminds me alot of the 7 Days To Die situation. And the case with the modders? Sounds like they didn't want outsiders doing more improvements and work for the game, than themselves. Pride standing in their way and all that.
