OK so I want to leave this sinking ship.How do I migrate to the US?I could get a STEM degree from a German state university, like EE or CS.German degrees are still held in high regard over in the US, right?Do I have a chance of landing a job in the US itself or do I need to find an employer in Germany who does business in the US and sends me overseas?

In most states you can't even live in an RV on your own land. You have to move it every month or 3 depending on locale. And to develop the land you need to get permits and spend a lot of money. Do you know how much it costs to drill a well in Washington state? Around 10k a try, and you will likely try several times. They all cost. If you think anything is cheap and easy anywhere in US you're in for a big shock. And if you're a foreigner you can expect to pay absolute full retail + because people will take advantage of you. I recommend you save a bunch of money and move somewhere else.

The only way you're making it in America is if you have an advanced degree from an internationally recognized school, some work experience, and ideally decent connections where you are going. America is only good for making money, almost invariably it's a horrible place to live. Couldn't pay me a million dollars to go back. Given the fact that you're German and probably don't mind slaving around 8-12 hours a day and not having a life outside of work you may just be alright. There's also a ton of German blood in the states, some cultural stuff may cross over.
