There are several public bathrooms in the city, though on a daily basis, for those in the poor areas, there are street canals or creekside embankments, though if there's an empty lot or a railroad track, one could probably poop there too (dig a latrine hole). If I had to poop on a dark alley, I'd probably atleast poop in a trash bag, with some newspaper or grocery bad in hand, if I couldn't afford to buy some tissue or no money to go to a hotel or didn't have the bright idea to just ask a fast food establishment if I could use their toilet and just give the janitor a nice tip for the extra work he will do.
