The American one is English/French/Spanish. Honestly I don't know why we need foreign languages on our passports considering things are so digital these days. It looks cluttered and triggers my OCD.

There literally isn't, if you're an EFL you could spend 5 years learning a foreign language and when you travel to their country and try to talk to them they will just cringe and talk to you in English anyway
