Let me guess: you "need" more?
>>221108999yes I need atleast 15 acresa cattle pasture, an orchard and, enough solar panels to never pay a power bill again
>>221109088>enough solar panels to never pay a power bill againway easier than you think
>>221108999replace some of those flowers with some variety of bush bean, yeah, and you know maybe some like uh......what country am I in what climate zone are we?
ze trad pod
>>221108999thats a shed with no bathroom or kitchen or power or insulation, brasil
>>221108999
>>221108999I need a goon cave
>>221108999you're literally not allowed to build a house that small, the local government will bulldoze it and put you in the code enforcement prison for 10 years.
>>221108999Fireplace, way beefier insulation and garage
>>221109341this. also the garage is 8x the size of the house.
>>221109354We haven't even addressed what kind of connection to the electric grid there is or how sewage is dealt with
>>221109470yeah but i dont want a cramped garage.
>>221109470>electric gridElectricity is fake and gay. Invisible energy that you cant see travelling through metals to power wank stations, get real>or how sewage is dealt withShit in the wood, fertilises it which helps mother nature
>>221109303The whole house...nobody was going to visit you and interrupt, dude.
>>221108999That's a backyard shed. It works great as a shed. So no, i don't need more in terms of sheds.
>>221109088>enough solar panels to never pay a power bill againThat's not how it works, dingus. Unless you also have other equipment like batteries, voltage regulators, etc then you will still need to be connected to the main power grid.
>>221108999Nah.
>>221109555where's the old muscle car and volvo 240
>>221108999Not really. But I would choose an adobe style instead though, to better operate in my location. Also need room for cows.
>>221109577Down at the road. Having a driveway all the way to the house is for rich folks.
>>221108999I'd also want a tunnel network with multiple basements at multiple levels and the surface would be a greenhouse
Only a red haired chubby Irish wife
>>221108999what's the square footage of that house? it seems rather small
>>221109323People always say this but in a lot of places you actually can just build whatever the fuck you want Here in Bama many counties don't even have a building permit dept as long as you have a septic permit and build outside of city limits nobody can tell you shit
>>221111530This is something my third world mind cannot comprehend. Is there really an inspector who comes and checks if your house is "up to code"?Here, if you want to legally sell your home, then yeah, the realtor needs to make sure it fits certain established standards. But if you're just building a home for yourself, literally with your own hands, as most poor people tend to do, you can do whatever the fuck you want, nobody from city hall is gonna show up and say "hey you're doing that wrong you need to stop."
>>221109547Just sleep at night time and use power in the day. Simple as
>>221108999>>221109555cringe>>221109596sovl
>>221108999For it to be close enough to a bar/town center
>>221108999sir this is a garden shed
>>221108999I'd honestly be super happy if I could have this small house in Australia and one in the UK (I actually love rural Scotland and England mmmkay). I'd spend Christmas in a different one every year.
>>221111683one man's garden shed is another man's home
>>221109520SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR
>>221108999We can't even afford the simple life bro.
>>221111610>This is something my third world mind cannot comprehend. Is there really an inspector who comes and checks if your house is "up to code"?This exists in wealthy Brazil too. My parents live in SP and didn't buy a house because the Prefeitura was bitching about an illegally built pool in it
>>221111610happens in all of europe, though it's new enough in some of eastern europe that they're still getting their illegal houses torn down by the government
>>221108999NahI’d like to live in the city.
>>221111724lmao never mind I completely forgot to read the rest of your post, I'm also druk rn
>>221108999Roughly $1M in my state for that.
>>221111610You need certain permissions for certain things, like a pool for example, but usually it's because you need to add a safety item like a pool fence to stop neighborhood kids falling into it and shit like that. So you can absolutely build a pool but you need to notify the counsel and they'll just tell you to add a fence, then it's 50/50 if they even come check that you did it. A lot of people will build the fence, get it inspected to show they did it and then just tear the fence down kek.
>>221109683here you go
>>221111610In the city and many counties you can't even build a damn car port/shed without paying for a permit and having some codecuck come out to sign off on it Some counties even use high tech aerial imagery to identify unpermitted constructions on your land. Luckily around here the county is too broke to even require permits in the first place
>>221111610>Is there really an inspector who comes and checks if your house is "up to code"?Yes and it's very strict, time consuming and expensive. Here's the AI slop explanation, it's too early for me to write it all out myself. Been through it myself, it's a massive pain the ass.

>>221108999scandis be like >bro I live in such a shithole I suffer
>>221108999I don't, so give that to me please!
>>221109596Holy sovl, reminds me of playing Desperados
>>221108999At this point I would even take a pod and a daily bug-soylent nutritional paste
