>>221118359In school I was on the Rugby team. There was one Maori lad in my year called Liam. We were mates but he was a gamer and i'd grown out of video games. He was on the basketball team despite being a short arse. The school made him teach our all white rugby team the haka. It was terrible. He didn't know how to haka. He was just a brown lad but otherwise the same as the rest of us middle class suburban white lads. We destroyed the other middle class suburban white/asian schools. Then went to the regional competition and got beat up by all the lads from farming communities and the poor suburbs. Never did the haka outside practice. I can still remember the first verse of the National Anthem, in English and Maori.
