>>221121062I live 15 minutes outside of D.C. and the nearest supermarket is a 45-minute walk away, lol. And it isn't a pretty or comfortable walk, either. We're probably going to move into Old Town Alexandria or D.C. next year. Both cities are a lot more walkable. I like having a car, but I prefer being able to get my groceries and run errands without one. I think the fact that so many American communities are so disconnected is part of the reason we're so fucking fat.
