As an entry level richfag (millionaire in twenties, £500k post tax income) I've always wondered why we're demonised so much. Well actually I know, it's just jealousy, but still.

Let's look at this case, it's obviously not great behaviour but it's one rich person doing something somewhat bad meanwhile poor people do genuinely awful stuff constantly such as being violent for no reason, stealing, smoking/drinking/using drugs through pregnancy or around children, neglecting/abusing children in general, scamming benefits/welfare system when capable of getting a job etc. Yet the criticism poor people get for this is so much less.

It's 100% just jealousy. Grew up broke and this shit happens no matter how you act. People also often do the exact same things as the people they're criticising.

For example, criticising Bezos for hiring a yacht or something pointless while doing equally excessive stuff spending $1,000s on Funko pops, cigarettes and starbucks

>>221140131
Tonnes of people do this, not just billionaires. Entry level at my age probably is about £1 mil liquid wealth, £5 mil would be the middle and £30 mil or above would be true elite of elite. Earning £150k in London in finance is definitely not rich in any way whatsoever. Your take home/lifestyle could easily be as low as 3x what min wagers or benefits claimants take home.
>>
>>221139781
To become rich you have to be evil in the first place. If your riches are inherited, means you were raised in evil family that cultivated your evilness.

lmao, I wonder if you're just genuinely this dumb or if it's just the obvious bait it seems to be
>>
>>221140377
What I said is 100% true, while both are flawed poor people do far more awful stuff than rich people (other than maybe those who've inherited it) having lived around both. Obviously a lot of this is due to the environment they grew up in as opposed to being inherently evil
>>

while I agree that criticizing someone who's wealthy just because of their wealth is dumb, your argument is also dumb.
Rich people shit talk poor people all the time, and criminal poors are criticized all the time by anyone and punished much more than wealthy criminals, to pretend the "poors", which is the majority of humans, are somehow abstained from criticism is complete nonsense, the "poors" are the ones that get the short end of the stick the majority of the time if anything.
This is not to say that there's any virtue in being poor, that it should be something to be celebrated or that if you have money you should have a moral obligation to do shit all, but still, it doesn't justify this kind of retarded arguments.
The vast majority of "poors" are normal people, and as you said, in particularly hard circumstances that poor people face it might turn them into brutes, which is less likely to happen in a wealthy household were all ones needs are well catered to.
The rich obviously face more criticism, first because they're in the spot light as compared to some poor irrelevant fuck, and second, this rich asshole actually has the agency to affect policy for all, given that money is influence, a random asshole at best can ruin the life of the people directly near him, so it's much less relevant to the public.
And I too have known both, and while the world is chock full of awful "poors", a good chunk of wealthy people I've known were complete assholes and even partially ruined my life directly cause they were greedy, liars and corrupt people, though I still hold judgement on an individual by individual basis, it's not that hard a thing to do.

I'm pretty sure they run the governmenr and have been influential for centuries at ths point
>>
>>221139781
So what's the problem? You can't sue the government and the eco-freaks?
Or in Europe, you cannot file a lawsuit against the government to stop a crazy bill from Brussels

Its funny how richfags and niggers (both a massive burden on society) cant seem to understand per capita
>>
>animals only native to 1 state should not be covered by the Endangered Species Act
I'm sorry what the fuck? So the act should only cover animals found in many places, i.e. less endangered ones??
>>
Animals should always be protected, in fact the local h*mans should be destroyed in order to protect animals further if necessary

The point is that the federal government does not gain unlimited jurisdiction just because some le poor animal looks sad or cute

Congress needs a constitutional basis. In this case, that basis is supposedly interstate commerce. The plaintiff argues that this involves a non-commercial bird found exclusively in Florida, on Florida territory, so this should be Florida’s problem unless the District of Columbia can prove there are genuine federal grounds.
This shouldn't be hard to understand if you have even a basic understanding of federalism

It is a Florida "problem", which was already solved by Florida.
>The Florida scrub jay (the blue bird in OPs pic) was officially listed as a threatened state species by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission in 1975
>>
>>221142736
>umm well ACTUALLY it should be a city council issue
>>
>>221142736
The bird was later federally listed under the ESA in 1987, so this runs through the ESA/USFWS incidental-take system, not just Florida wildlife rules.

The dispute is about federal ESA power and Charlotte County’s HCP fee tied to that federal permit system. This is not just Florida already handled it. It’s a federalism/property-rights fight over whether Washington can regulate a Florida-only, noncommercial species through the ESA.
