How bad are rich fags in Korea? Seems to be a recurring theme

>>221143703I was brainwashed to think that I'm living in a dystopian country where wealth gaps are huge, formed by (Chaebol) conglomerates. But wtf. It turns out to be different. Why did people cast such a stigma upon us? This chart just means the Chinese business men are bloodsucking the average population in SEA.Korea is not a country where the divide between the rich and ordinary people is as severe as the media makes it seem. it is still a place where people from humble backgrounds can achieve a rags to riches success story

>>221143703Konnichiwa bro. I saw some shit somewhere a long time ago about how westerners totally misinterpret this movie, like for example there's a line early on about the dad having tried a certain kind of work that Koreans know is seedy scam stuff. But I don't remember much. It wasn't saying ohh man the poor family is definitely the bad ones but it was saying the class angle is not even right. Dunno js.
>>221144680Land+water constraints, Korea is insanely mountainous. In terms of geography the US has everything and then some. Scott Galloway and Willem Dafoe live in Europe which is considerably more crowded, the mansion in the hills lifestyle is incredibly isolating and high maintenance. If I was rich I would be permanently itinerant don't know why anyone would do the mansion thing unless it's for estate purposes.
