If you are a part of this cohort, know that your generation will soon be the cause of all the world's problems by the 2050s. Boomers will be put to shame.

boomers have been blaming millennials for everything for like 30 years lol. we're over it

which is funny because the boomers are the one who set up this shitstorm of a world

I thought 1996 babies were also millennials
>>
>>221162147
Why were boomers so nasty to their own children?
>>
I'm a zillennial and my entire life has been getting fucked over by boomers/gen x who've done everything to ensure I will never own anything, never have a family, and live as a hated minority as a white person. Boomers on the other hand were literally handed a white ethnostate utopia where even high school drop outs could buy a home at 22.

Why is Gen Z white

if you are white straight millennial/zillenial man you need to atone for guilt of your ancestors and made sure women, brown people and old people will be in right positions

when they look at the failings of their children, it's like staring at their own failures as parents
>>
>>221162082
I'll be too busy playing Diablo II to care.

The thing is they fully believed that there was nothing but progress and wealth accumulation ahead for everyone on the planet. Maybe broadly there is but there've been roadblocks and unfair advantages. Only thing holding us back is ourselves (according to them). How do you fix that? Medication, education. Meanwhile they'll have 2 sets of books. Basically hippie and the books of their ww2 era parents. Can't blame them at all just remind them of certain facts.

for anyone wondering, only three of those have to do with anything other than consooming and one of those hardly counts (sex)

boomers, especially the younger ones who got to skip vietnam, were reaching adulthood in the time of the greatest economic growth in recent history (late 60s to 80s/90s) in world history.

then they set up a world in which their children (millennials) suffered
>dot com bust
>9/11
>being sent to iraq
>housing crash
>covid
as they were reaching adulthood or recovering from the previous shitstorm they created. and all the while blaming millennials for not consooming when they are poorer than their parents

>Millennials’ Wanderlust is Killing the Canadian Tourism Industry

>this generation is eight times more likely to take a lengthy vacation outside the country than inside it, according to Destination Canada President David Goldstein, whose agency is responsible for marketing Canadian tourism
>>
>>221162469
>sell things that don't appeal to millennials
>market things in places millennials aren't going to see
>AHHH WHY ARENT MILLENNIALS BUYING OUR STUFF? THEY ARE SO ENTITLED
meanwhile they think they are entitled to millennial dollars
>>

Gen X here. I don't care.

>NOOOO WHEN WE SAID "ELBOWS UP" WE MEANT TRAVELING WITHIN CANADA, NOT FLYING TO MEXICO FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST
It do be like that.
>>
>>221162692
Flights are starting to get cheaper now but before covid especially you could fly to Taiwan or Japan for less than a flight to Montreal from Vancouver. Why the fuck would I stay in Canada?
>>
>>221162167
Boomers are children. They never grew up. They've been the same immature hippies they were in the 1970s from birth to death.
An entire generation of perpetual toddlers that need constant parenting from both their parents and kids.
>>
>>221162640
Gen Xers feel sooooooo cool and badass when they say this, huh?
>>
>>221162082
I was born in 1996, according to some charts I'm millenial and according to others I'm a zoomer. I'm probably a bit of both because I can't fully identify to neither of them.
