It's the northeastern portion of the city. You guys should copy this style of urbanism. It's beautiful. Check it out on google maps with 3D mode.

If it just came 50+ years later, we would have had high birth rates + high infant survival rates --- easily could have had 2 billion whites right now. The rest of the world didn't get those same contraceptives until much later, which is why you are now seeing their birth rates begin to decline.
