What's strange is how little I know about them but that has to with them basically being some developing country for most/all of my life tbqh. My heart goes out to the average russian village dweller I guess as my understanding is they can be really heartwarmingly nice people

>>221175857My experience with Russians that I have spoken to (not 4chan actually spoken to) is that almost all of them were extremely kind and fun to be around and only one ever ended up being so rude and annoying that I blocked him.A lot of westerners are not ready for how history will write about us/them in relation to global politics.I wish I knew more about Russia in the middle ages, I study lit from the middle ages but most of what I read is from England, France, or Germany, and I just don't know much about Russia from the time. What's especially annoying is when I try to find books on Russia every single bookstore just spams me with NAFO results about Putin and stuff like that.
