Tito killed 60,000 Serbs in Serbia when Serbia was liberated by the Red Army. The Ustase had to pay the price because they went too far in WW2, but we fared much better than the Serbs in all of this. The Croatian Partisans solved the Italian question in Croatia forever, which was a problem we had been facing since we moved to this area, while at the same time Kosovo gained autonomy and Serbia was left without it in the end. Ofc, we had to deal with the Serbs, but we are the absolute winners. Back in '91, there were almost 700k Serbs and 'Yugoslavs' in Croatia, today there are 100k of them. The only thing I can 100% blame Tito for, as a Croat, is that he didn't give us half of Bosnia, but we're taking that in the next war.
