1) Your lifts
2) Are you considered strong in your country?
Or has gym inflation reached it

It's not an AI video. You are mindbroken by AI slop

I think it's all the people in the back who all look similar or maybe it's the "i'm not like other gurls" effect
>>
> 1) Your lifts
No idea.
> 2) Are you considered strong in your country?
I can bend rebar with my hands and cut a railroad nail with a pair of plyers. I’ve only ever worked with one other guy who could. Gyms doesn’t make you strong

it's the sea of people behind him and the front legs of the bench behind him, of which I don't understand the shape of, it looks like a mono leg
>>
>>221227783
I get that
But AI would never be able to pull off everyone wearing actual brand shoes etc.

The bench is in the second reel (click arrow)
It is a "mono leg". One side has two wheels and one side you just left it to wheel it around

What kind of gym has so many people walking around.
I did deadlift 180kg for 4 reps, bench 100kg for 4 reps and press 60kg for 3 sets of 5, but I look dyel from the front with a shirt on.
My legs and triceps grew quite much, so atleast i look normal from the side.
My squat is really bad though.
Since then I have lost a few kgs so I am much weaker.
I am still debating if I should bloat up to the next level in a few months. I finally want to look buff.

I'm only strong in pull ups. I can do 6 reps with 30kg added and 11 reps with 20kg. I guess relative to my weight I'm strong in general. But I don't care I just wanna look good

overhead
You just have to eat alot and lift a tiny bit more(0.5kg jumps for example) than last time even if you dont feel like it

Well I hit my 1/2/3/4 awhile back then switched to calisthenics years ago which is a bit harder to quantify
>am I considered strong
Very. Most Americans are very out of shape but even within the /fit/ community id be considered decently strong. Nothing competitive but strong. Not many people can hold a planch

120kg bench press, doing smolov jr to fix it, expecting 135 or 130 when i peak
220kg deadlift
200kg squat, havent done it in months
80kg OHP / 100kg push press from a clean
all of these are doubles besides push press
1rm bicep curl is 1pl8
1 year and 4 months @95kg

2) i dont know, i only go when there's minimal people. When i went during peak hours for ramadan i had a group of kids ask me for deadlift tips, another time a guy said i look monstruous
Otherwise i interact with no one and only post prs sometimes for my 4 followers

I have been doing light exercise for about 2 years to stop being fat and I am like barely stronger than I was when I started off, which desu with you I am fine with because I am purely doing it to lose weight and it did work but its weird seeing all these guys trying to lift insane weight. Also I am scared of all these crazy accidents people have while lifting insane weight

Looks like he's on the verge of snapping his legs and dying

I wonder what would happen if you knocked into someone lifting heavy, the panic of a frantic struggle of a recovery would be quite something to witness.
I saw a video of a guy deadlifting some very good numbers and some middle aged guy started parting him in the back saying too loud when he was three quarters the way up. He obviously had to finish before turning round and confronting him because it was dangerous as hell. The thing is he was placing it in the floor way quieter than average. No surprise he was not pleased haha
