I dunno about everyone lying flat, but I definitely think work hours need to be reduced across the board. There is a point of diminishing returns when it comes to office work hours, and the current standard ~40hr work week puts you deep into the flat part of the curve. Anyone who's worked in an office before knows how little shit actually gets done every day. You can easily reach the same productivity with a 20-30 hour work week. All of my office drone friends literally have to "look busy" while trying to discreetly browse tiktok and instagram reels at work.
