Germans have been holding onto outdated ideals for way too long and are now catching up.I've worked for a big German company and when you looked at the Dutch and German offices it was a day and night difference. Germans worked their asses off, prices in Germany were much lower than ours because of lower indexes on services, etc. Meanwhile the Dutch offices were already half empty, lots of time off, WFH, etc Now 10 years later suddenly Felix-Kaid and Lena join the workforce and they no longer want to work like their parents. My assumption is their economy is going to fall apart.
