Well i read the comments a bit and im still confused if its EU or Germany only but its true. The owners have a legal right to claim a review is defamatory and Google or other review sites doesnt wanna bother with it so they just take them down at the request of the owner. However Google displays how many reviews have been hidden this way so you can tell that the overall review is bullshit
