our local italians have gone the complete polar opposite way as the chicagoians. our pizza is more like a cracker with cheese and tomato sauce on it. i like it with bacon, olives, and mushrooms. other local italian foods include deep fried raviolis, which are delicious, as well as many kinds of desserts like cannolis and italian cookies
