>>221287827HR is the 5th column of the female sex.
>>221287827Little used trick. You can directly take legal action against an HR staff member personally, and the company will usually just throw them under the bus.
>>221287900Based
>>221287900But what exactly does that mean for my payout? I mean the individual has much less in the bank than the company?
We don't even have HR here. Most jobs here are informal slavery most employers don't even give you a payslip or a paycheck.
>>221288221Trad as fvck.
>>221287827women have basically turned HR into dating
>>221287827>recruiters can smellIs she an HR or a recruiter? A recruiter is financially motivated to hire people (albeit competent ones) for their clients. An HR is just a clerk who should not be making hiring decisions for any relevant position.
>>221287827Just have sex with them, then they'll be on your side. Why does this filter so many people?
>>221287827Ours is good. It’s one lady responsible for basically all mundane admin issues that you might have. We’re around 60 employess at our office so she stays bussy. She doesn’t do hiring either. Our boss is responsible for vetting those. I can’t imagine this is actually uncommon. Why wouldn’t your company have a system like this?
>>221288299In here recruiting usually its handled by the hr department just something for the woman to explain their salary
>>221288299I get the sense that this might be an american thing that young zoomers just assume carries over to their own countries because they have no work life exp. While probably being exagerated even for americans
>>221288334American HR departments are jokes. Anyone who gives the roastie the ick prior to the interview can and will be denied while the one who makes her cream gets the job.
>>221288359If an "HR" is making the hiring decision then this must be some very basic shitty job. In any country in the world. Simple as.
>>221288372You have an interview with your actual boss or project lead before getting a job at some point in the process don’t you?
>>221287827
>>221287827This meme made me reconsider studying an H.R. related uni major
I failed a drug test, went to a strip mall weed Doctor for an instantly approved MMJ license, then emailed the HR rep who told me that I failed my drug test with the proof I was a medical user. I got the job the next week. Women don't like rocking the boat and you can get away with so much if you just act like you did everything right
>>221288471Very few people who actually land jobs here get them because they have actual skills and knowledge, they get them because they're dressed sharply and pushed the right buttons and/or they have a family member there.t. NEET
>>221288471Only if you aren’t filtered out first by a dumb cunt such as the ones already described.
>>221288524In sneeden, failing a drug test can be grounds for immediate termination along with fines and having your driving license revoked + all future employers having the right to know that you lost a job due to drug charges
>>221288555In Jewmerica, I think they are giving us easy access to weed because it keeps the goys from revolting. We are too car dependent to realistically enforce marijuana sobriety while driving since it takes multiple days to leave your system
>>221287827I hate it, you have to use polite double speak to talk to them it's ridiculous, makes my skin crawl. If you talk to them normally you get some mail back telling you about how you should use the appropriate language, piss off
>>221288204Is not about the money, is about sending a message
