my PR on 5km was just under a 4 minute pace, so 3:59 or something. Per km, ofc.A year or two ago, I ran 5km with a pace under 4:30/km regularly, under 4:15 too.now I'm closer to 5:00/km bc I gained 10kg of muscle and run less.
