there is no reason to wear shoes inside the house
>>
You haven't been to my house :|
>>
that's what I'm sayin man
>>
People are just disgusting, they'll even put their shoes in the bare kitchen table to polish
>>
people say Americans all do this but I think there's two USA's here.
At first I thought only people with immigrant parents didn't do shoes inside, but after meeting more white people I think its 50/50 among them too.
I'm not gonna say its entirely a political thing, I've been all around the western half of the country but in Colorado its the clearest example I have:
City and suburban democrats take their shoes off. suburban republicans keep their shoes on all the time, and rural conservatives take off boots near the entrance even if they're clean, but if they're wearing sneakers they just leave them on no matter how dirty.
African-americans are also 50/50 but they take them off if they went past the driveway.
I don't know what native Americans do
