I've always harbored an autistic interest in dialects and accents and before I overload myself, this thread is ONLY about Australian accent.

I'll preface this by saying I find it aesthetically repugnant, I don't like the sound of the twangy drawl, drawn out, almost tars like inflections. I'm merely interested in it as it relates to the myriad of British accents. I find th correlations fascinating
