People are creative and trendsetters Strong sense of community even in city neighborhoods and small towns alike Great sense of humor Decent media People generally have very good manners and are polite>Worstpeople are generally pretty ignorant people are loud and sometimes invasive even when they mean well, offsetting the aforementioned mannerspeople are willfully ignorant and fat and eat slop we have a lot of gun schizos, political schizos, religious fundamentalists in the flyovers lack of worldly knowledge (could be said for almost any place in the world though aside from well educated big city types or curious suburb dwellers) people are obnoxiously sensitive people are obnoxiously offensive there's a lot of sleaze (this is the worst for me personally), there's an extreme amount of hedonism with drugs and sex in this country, rivaled only by places like netherlands and berlin white americans are very melodramatic our healthcare system is shit our literacy rates are shit no public transportation overpriced education overaggressive police force insane housing prices dogshit presidents (all of them) san francisco and california exist, silicon valley sociopath tech CEOs are bred here too strong individualism recent lack of faith in the scientific method and research our food is processed slop we spent all our money on military shit and israel insane wealth gaps (i live in a suburb of nyc and you can drive 5 minutes away from dilapidated drug houses into multi-million dollar rich neighborhoods full of asians and jews who make median mid 6 figures) shitty work culture that incentivizes sleep deprivation and not taking any free time we circumcise to this day shitty urban planning, low walkability in most places, oppressive car culturemost media has turned into absolute slop or reruns/reboots/remasters
