This happened to me in egypt as well. I was in a taxi and I wouldn't pay "full" price so he pulled over and picked up his boy. I knew it was a big problem because when we got to my hotel the hotel staff yelled at him really bad over it and banned him from the property and apologized to me. From then on I got a phone number for a "real" taxi that wouldn't scam me. Later, and unrelated, our train stopped for something and I could look out at some guy's farm and watched the whole thing of him pushing his boy down and assfucking him. Most people laughed at it and thought it was funny. This was when I decided I would not return to Egypt again.
