In the West, you barely know your own siblings, let alone cousins. So there are probably lots more cousin marriages in the West without them knowing they are related.
I think this cousin marriage shit is overblown. South Indian dravidians are rapey jeets who molest their sons and daughters and practice extensive cousin marriage, and yet they are vastly overrepresented in intellectual fields here in the US, relative to north indians. South jeets= techjeets, medjeets, while North jeets= truck drivers and convenience store owners.
