It doesn't make sense to compare the two because Washington represented southern cavalier stock which was descended from nobility who came to America during periods of puritan rule whereas Cromwell represents the puritan class that came to America during the more absolutist rule. Cromwell would be more represented by the pilgrim blooded Adams or Franklins. Wouldn't expect a feeble minded indog to understand these nuances though.
