there is a pretty notorious hobo that lives in kouvola. every day like clockwork, he will appear at the same downtown bus stop with a bag full of cheap beer and start drinking it from dawn til dusk. many people started wondering how he has the funds to buy a six pack a day and so rumors emerged that he is actually a very wealthy man and simply chooses to spend his time drinking at the bus stop despite his enormous wealth.

The only beggars imc belong to romanian organized crime, everyone else is taken care of through our robust and redistributive welfare state. Also, I think charity should be illegal since it's a less efficient and logical procurement and allocation of resources than taxation and welfare/foreign aid.
Most homeless in my country are generally poor and are victims of private business owners/companies
