I volunteer at a Catholic soup kitchen on Fridays.
Most people in my country attend big ceremonies like the Reenactment of Christ's Baptism ,The procession of the Epitaph or the Night of Resurrection but don't go to the church often. As of the younger people around my generation, many don't seem to care at all. I view atheism as the failure of today's clergy to bring people closer to the Divine. Everyone is struggling with a lot of problems. Poverty, crime, moral decay, absurd violence, failed marriages, drug addictions etc but I see little to no effort from most priests to approach the world and try to cure it.
