I feel morally obligated to break into my country filmmaking/animation space with the slop being churned out. Not saying I'd make anything worth sitting through, but the feeling of needing to 'do something' is there nonetheless maybe because of what we used to have.If you had the experience and resources to make a kino what kind of story, characters, etc, would you make?
>filmmaking/animationthese are extremely hard to monetize solo unless you start doing those kind of commissions. Better to make video games, or narrative adventure style video games

The film starts in looking like yet another meta-commentary of America but as the film goes it becomes more sincere and where the characters who push for pessimism and meta-irony are eventually seen as retarded and an increasingly irrelevant relic of a zeitgeist that will inevitably left behind.
>>221344620>contI think it would fun to have her be casually racist while also being well meaning too. Maybe in a scene where there's a black guy who has an Draco AK she demands it by saying 'The nigger pistol, now!' or have a secondary character who's clearly a Russian refugee who migrated due to the Russo-Ukrainian war be referred as 'mushroom picker' or have a character who's Afrikaner that lives next to some Tom Dubois-isque neighbor but has a stockpile of guns and explosives because he's paranoid of some impending race war. As for the antagonist it'd probably a character who's clearly based off Bill Gates and is just comically evil. But I'm really just throwing ideas off the wall here.
>>221343905Our filmmaking scene is extra sloppy too. We had an insane streak of good stuff in the 90s and then it turned into garbage.

>>221344392So why not just partner with an indie studio?
>>221343905Try your hand at stop motion animation. Here's an idea. Find a funny thread on /int/ and animate it with stopmotion characters designed to look like racist carricatures of the posters.
