Poland and Eastern Germany were both under the USSR. Nowadays the former GDR regions in Germany vote right wing whilst in Poland the former Prussian regions vote left wing even though East Germany was an integral part of Prussia too.Why does former Prussian region + USSR = Right Wing in Germany but former Prussian region + USSR + Polacks = left wing in Poland?
