Referring to what criteria? A graduate student in STEM? A high schooler? Undoubtedly here mostly due to sheer amount of funding and money thrown around at least in some corners of the country. I mean, in states in Texas or California the amount of funding for some of these high schools now is genuinely fucking insane

In regard to quality and consistently churning out the most amount of students to a certain standard I'd probably say South Korea or Finland or the like
