There's a gipsy outside my house who EVERY FUCKING DAY stands by cars stopping at a traffic lights and shouts greetings to ask them for money, that and the continuous noise of his crutches keep me awake and ruin my mornings and afternoons, I can't stand it anymore, I fucking hate hearing his voice first thing in the morning, plus him lurking in front of my house scares my mum because at this point he could be memorizing our address and times of vacancy etc. I tried calling the police on him but it's "only for emergencies" and I should file a report via email, but I don't want to associate my name just in case his family wants to retaliate.
