Well, this time it was only seeping just a little bit of blood, like it did not even reach the outside, but I could see it in my snot for days. So I rested. Like if I looked up with a lamp into my nostril, there clearly was an open wound in there. Thankfully it closed up pretty quick, and now it's gone. Still I have to be careful now, so I am not blowing my nose when I want to clean it, but instead use cotton swabs to remove shite. Just remembered that Directive 8020 came out today. Wonder if Girondissimo will get around to playing it any time soon.Personally, I will just keep replaying old CRPGs until it goes on sale (same reason I haven't played Dispatch yet).
