At what age do people start drinking iyc? German rural kids start at 12-13 while the city dwellers start at 14-16
>>221395108I will never understand why anyone would drink for any reason other than making time go by faster at work. You like the taste of fizy bread water that much? Just drop some everclear in a fucking soda bottle and call it a day, you get drunk faster and you don't have to taste that shit.
lower consumption of alcohol is probably the only good thing muzzies brought to Germany
>>221395108are beer festivals the only place where white people come together in germany?
>>221395108>mlecchas: eating cow poop... le bad!>also mlecchas: let me give my children poison that stunts development, inhibits decision making, and makes them retarded!
>>221395138euros drank ale because it was safer than drinking from the local pond and dying of diarrhea. overtime it just became dey cultah
>>221395138It distracts me from how pathetic my life is
>>221395138Other than >>221395169, germans in general are very stiff people and need alcohol once in a while to cope with their neuroticism, you have those bigger Volksfest events like 2-4 times a year in a city
>>221395152Vallah billa alkohol nix gutes diese
>>221395138>>221395152>>221395167You are autistic and in an annoying way
>>221395159Nope. Places I hung out with people:Beer gardensBeer drinking barsBeer drinking in normal public gardensBeer drinking while walking around a lakeShisha bars where you can order beer and you notice your mulsim friends drinking but you don't say anything
>>221396636true for a lot of Germans, not for me though. But another truth for (you), people like you who point this out are usually cunts and not the heckin sociable likable meds.
>>221395138I just like the taste of beer and don't have the aim to get shitfaced everytime I drink one. >>221395152Yeah now zoomers are inhaling Nitrous Oxide to get brain damage even faster and additionally freeze their respiratory tracts.>>221395159No.
>>221395108I had this friend who was a director at Canon and he had a huge bar in his office. We just watered everything down and mixed liqour, whiskey and vodka. Another dad bought like ten Chivas Regal everytime he went abroad
>>221395152No, that's a bad thing. The only good thing they bring is sexually repressed dickobsessed muslimas.
Somewhere around 14-18 depending on how white trash you are.
>>221395108People crack jokes about Americans not being able to drink until 21 and how Germans, and Brits, and even sometimes Canadians go through alcoholism by age 16 or whatever. But in reality Americans start drinking between ages 13-16. Gen-Z doesn't really drink so the age has probably increased for them but the previous generations started early, and the drinking age wasn't set to 21 until 1984. Depending on the state it's legal for parents or guardians to give alcohol to their children. I had my first taste of beer when I was seven, via my knuckle head uncles thinking it was funny to watch me chug the last quarter of the bottle.
>>221396885Calling out straight edge bores is what sociable likeable people do all the time though
>>221397269no, likable people aren't cuntsyou're on 4chan after all
>>221395108had my first drinks at 6 anyways I don't drink since I don't like the taste or feeling of getting drunk.
>>221397515Might be because I lived in the italian region with the most heavy drinkers but it happened all the time in my experience
>>221397180> I had my first taste of beer when I was seven, via my knuckle head uncles thinking it was funny to watch me chug the last quarter of the bottle.>Unc gives you the UweDiabolical
>>221395169>medieval europe was le dirtyYet another retarded mutt
>>221397537? Just because you're sociable doesn't mean you're likable. Normies hang around people they don't like all the time. If you go out your way talking shit about people chances are you're not nice to be around
>>221395108I don't think there's ever an age where people "start" drinking. From a young age kids are naturally introduced to alcohol and they taste it if they want to. I don't remember having my first drink, I've probably tried many times until I started developing a taste for it
>>221397667even today drinking untreated pond water will probably give you diarrhea
>>221397700It's the other people doing it dummy
>>221397724It will, but that doesn't mean that people drank ale instead of water. Just because certain places had dirty water doesn't mean that it was like that everywhere.Which makes sense, unless you believe in those stupid myths about dirty Europe.
>>221397585>Unc gives you the UwePeople don't sip from the same bottles here, we're famous for the red solo "party" cups. Fresh crisp beer all to myself and I've always liked the taste so no eww. It makes it sound like I'd have a drinking problem but no I don't drink much at all. The early exposure probably eliminated much of the taboo of it.
>>221398156>People don't sip from the same bottles here, we're famous for the red solo "party" cups.>Not partaking in the communal ritual of sharing beer from the same receptacleGrim. Jokes aside, what is the deal with those red plastic cups? Whenever I came across them the beer got also warm and stale fast. Glasses are far superior. >The early exposure probably eliminated much of the taboo of it.That's how I see it too. From what I can tell the youth nowadays chases the state of being shitfaced (or being entirely on hard drugs) far quicker than previous generations. I live close to the "village club" and nearly every monday morning I find hard liquor bottles which were tossed into my garden. A few years ago it were "just" beer bottles.
>>221398663>what is the deal with those red plastic cups?Actually made me look this up because I've never thought about it since they've just always been at nearly every single gathering of people I've attended for my entire life.Like a lot of things the world does, it's a cultural or behavioral holdover from WW2. Everything was being rationed, so disposable cups took over the market and people just kept using them.
>>221398926>Everything was being rationed, so disposable cups took over the market and people just kept using them. That doesn't make sense. A single use container that has to be manufactured in bulk would put further strain on post war economies, where rationing is implemented.
>>221399689Got it from the wiki. Glass and glass making was expensive because most of the men available to do it were focusing on the war, so restaurants, and everyone else, started using disposable cups. Yesterday was mother's day, a thousand wine glasses, cups, ceramic, or clay mugs were dropped or knocked to the floor shattering. If there's no material or men to replace this stuff it makes more sense to use cheap disposable things that don't break if you knock them over.
