Btw. Balkans is a turbonormified uncultured place that looks up to criminals that have little English literacy. But it's heavily obsessed with culture and politics. So with all these factors the people that post here are per capita very overrepresented (in Serbia's case, not Albania's) but largely passionate and just different from their countrymen.
