People not looking right when they’re about to turn right at a red or busy stop sign happens here all the time. I remember when I was a brand new driver I almost hit a cyclist because I failed to look to my right right before pulling out. Very embarrassing and I rightfully got yelled at really bad from him. Since then I always make sure that my right is the last place I glance at before pulling out.
