Is Indian food the world's best cuisine?
I'm not sure if I'd want it every day, but it's easily the most satisfying cuisine to me when I do have it.

It's a dopamine spike rollercoaster.

Indian restaurants are all overpriced here. For how much ppl like to shit on McDonald's prices, 20€ will get you a giant feast at McD's but at Indian restaurants that's the price of a single measly curry.
>>
>>221629083
it reminds them of tonsil stones
>>
Indian food is generally my favorite cuisine. Curry has to be Indian/Pakistan- I hate South East Asian "curry"
>>
>>221629189
You don't like green Thai curry?
>>
>>221629240
Not really. For some reason I can't stand the specific smell of Thai curry
>>
>>221628785
Poland?
>>
>>221629277
In addition, any curry with coconut milk is not my thing.
>>
>>221629189
you should try burmese or northern thai
>>
>>221629277
it's the fish sauce
I usually like Thai curry, but I've been to a restaurant or two where it had an unappetizing stank due to too much fish sauce
While Indian curry is pretty much always delicious and aromatic to me
>>
>>221629420
geez why would they put fish sauce in curry
>>
>>221629484
it's just so important to Thai cuisine
in tiny amounts, it is nice. but it can get stank quickly if you go overboard
>>
>>221628626
Whenever I see foreigners going "oh atleast their food isn't bad.." I think how dog shit is your cuisine to think along that line
>>
>>221628626
I only really like their vegetarian dishes
You can't find better anywhere else
>>
>>221629679
Food atleast is good
Turkish, med, mexi and chinese cuisine are delicious too. I recently tried some thai, burmese and indonesian food. It's pretty different in flavour profile, but I like it. Nasi gorang, mi goreng, etc taste just like the instant noodles

What have you tried in meat dishes egypsy.

Full english breakfast is pretty tasty too (removing some elements)
>>
>>221628626
I crave spicy curry in the summer and winter, but not in the spring or autumn.
In other words, whether a dish tastes good or not depends on the climate, so I can't say definitively which dish is the best.

Vindaloo and Tandoori
unironically too spicy it's hard to enjoy the meat taste while with vegetables these spices make the vegetables enjoyable to eat like that potato mixture inside samosas it's goated

Not really
Taste of individual ingridients is usually drowned in spices

IMO a piece of ham with some thinly sliced cucumber on a piece of black bread toast which had some garlic rubbed on it is peak and it doesn't require to be cooked for 8 hours

I thought that was the familiar term for people from there. I'll avoid using it.
In curries you should try rogan josh, goshtab yuchne, butter chicken, etc. they are quite mild. But most dishes from my region are mild anyway.

this was supposed to be satire, but it's a valid point

Indian dishes are pretty quick to make, 30 -40 mins usually
>>
>>221629918
This is agreeable only with already tasty ingredients you can enjoy alone like meat and cheese
Indians know how to make stale boring ingredients taste good like the very basic lentils and chickpeas
>>221629944
I really want to try butter chicken it looks delicious as fuck

I think indian food gets rated by people who usually have cuisines with more nuanced flavours and only have indian food as a 'treat' every now and then and when they do they get sensory overload from the flavour bomb. indian cuisine is not bad but it's far from the best. it's probably also the only good PR left for us (barring street food)

Eating this as we speak (instant kine) with leftover 'Italian' Caesar salad (more like an antipasto salad) from an Argentinian restaurant and some artichoke hearts, all mixed up. Not bad.

>>
>>221635235
that's just indian food with lower spice levels
>>
>>221635305
I tried a dish in southern India once, it was homemade and just a spoon made you sweat, and ut was at least 40 degrees too. I like spicy food, but vindaloo Is just too much
>>
>>221635344
I agree, some people here overdo the spices. People here think dumping more spice is directly correlated to more taste or something like that. low IQ population things
>>
Looked like this, not even raita. I prefer tandoor mix grill
>>
>>221635344
>vindaloo
Vindaloo is nowhere near spicy
>>
>>221635386
The chilli spice has to much of a saying in the dish. One time I had this green California reaper sauce. On or two drops was enough on the eggs, it was at least 25 times stronger than Tabasco but I became addicted to it
>>
>>221628626
Indian food is the only redeeming quality, I hope they get exiled from every country but they make delicious food.
>>
>>221628626
It's good. Top 10 as long as it's not made by an Indian.

Top 3 best foods in order are
1. Mexican/Tex-Mex
2. Chinese
3. Italian

Asian stews in general are the ultimate food

Agreed. I’d rather have timmy-made slop topped with extra STD cunt juice, dog semen and fermenting shit particles straight from timmy's unwashed asshole for garnish.
