Today we celebrate the anniversary of the Battle Castagnaro (1387) between Verona and Padua (led by John Hawkwood). It is one of the most famous battles of the Italian condottieri age and resulted in a Paduan victory. It's common to eat salmons and eggs on this holiday. What type of holidays do you have?
