>oh anon! what makes you so interested in this position?>hahaha you can't say you are here for money, you need to be a good boy and lie about how much you love and respect this company!
yes>where do you see yourself in 5 years?I see myself fucking your mum you retarded faggot nigger
Huh-uh, and what are your weaknesses and strengths Mr. Anonymous?
I'm starting my first internship tomorrow and I'm already nervous because I'm socially retarded. I can't even imagine the nightmare of actual job interviews. Does this happen in your country?
>>221659895>What is your management strategy to maximise deliverables and how would you define the scope needed to gain achievable results?JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP AND TALK IN NORMAL ENGLISH INSTEAD OF CORPO-SLOP GABBLE YOU CUNTS i just want a job because I'm fairly intelligent and i'm not a retarded pajeet, happy?
I consider myself extremely lucky to have gotten a job through thirdie nepotism and strong family connectionsI never have to beg for a job to this
>>221659895I was on one skype interview but had to do a second one with women that know jack shit about machine maintenance but asked me personal questions and i stopped the interview saying im no longer interested.I still got jobs here with literal firm handshake asking if they are hiring, pay is shit compared to the rest of the world but id rather not go trough humiliation rituals such as interviews, let alone work visa hell
>>221660179Saar... the head of the company is a indian.
I can't even score an interview. They always choose someone with a degree. Not even the garbage collecting work would hire me.
>>221660286You have to work for free some time if you never had a job before
>>221660242>with women that know jack shit about machine maintenance but asked me personal questionsYes they want to feel out if you fit the culture and determine if you will ever sperg out and kill somebody.
For all the autists like myself who don't understand what answer they want, you should give a short comment about how you believe in what the company is trying to do/sell, and talk about how your skills uniquely help you excel in the position you're going for.
>>221660188>POV you're about to be asked inane questions about diversity and inclusion before being ghosted
>>221660308they're women in HR, useless positions doing pointless things because they have no expertise. we somehow allow this because the alternative is even more angry unemployed women
>>221660329Which is a stupid because even they know that's a bullshit answer and that you don't actually mean it but for some reason they want you to say those things
>>221660579Demonstrating that you can get through the humiliation ritual shit-test without sperging out and giving up is your first opportunity to show that you can take things seriously and operate under pressure and do things you don't immediately want to do but that you have to do anywayThey're testing if you're an adult or a child
>>221659895You think that's bad? Try going to tech.Interview 1 with hrInterview 2 with team lead Interview 3 is technical with two team leadsAnother technical interviewTask to do at home Another HR interview this time with branch head to make sure you're fit in terms of "vibe" (this is after they asked you to put in like 10hrs of work total for all these)ContractIt's literally like 2 full workdays in total you need to waste and they can decide last minute they found a better candidate
>>221660641Testing if you're an obedient faggot slave* Maybe life would just be better if you went like this >>221659940
>>221660341Lmao>"Hello dear Anon, I hope this email finds you well. As part of the application process please attach a .mp4 or .mov file of you deepthroating a dildo emblazoned with our company logo, like the other 67,000 applicants have. We'll get back to you as soon as we can. We at Wagecorp thank you for choosing to join our family! Best :)"
>>221659895If you even get one, it's a massive pain in the ass since the 2008 financial crisis at least. Never held a job in this country and I will probably have to move out once again.
this piece of shit system needs to fucking die
>>221660304>freeDid you not work like 2-3 shitty jobs during your youth before you turned 20, then went to some higher school to get a diploma and then start yapping about how much of a team player you are and stuff and get hired for an actual decent job?
If you don't want to be subjected to the humiliation of being subservient to someone else then you have to make your own business to make money insteadIt's not like your dad was the village blacksmith and when he dies the village still needs a blacksmith so you just naturally become the next blacksmithIf we went back to that small scale then everyone would be happier but you would have to give up all the connectivity of the modern world
i thought dutch niggas dont lie or flatterdisappointment
>>221659895>applying for fast food job>”what will make you a good addition to our team?”I have a pulse and I’ll show up. Do not make me prostrate myself for 16$ an hour
I've only interviewed for codemonkey roles and I've never been asked pointles questions like >>221659940The intro calls have always been about past work and them introducing their company and job role. After that it's technical interviews. What kind of jobs are you guys applying to?
>>221659895Interviews are a humiliation ritual because the job market is fucked. 500 applicants for a single offer. It's an employer's market and recruiters know it.
>>221659895No idea. I have only been in one once and that got me job
I tried to reapply for an old job which was working in a factory and they told me I had "no motivation" and didn't try to "improve things" at work. My job was preparing orders for boxes by filling them up with goods.
I only had a single job interview in my life and since then I've been just chaining jobs leaving for better ones I got recommended to. My CV hasn't been updated since I left the uni. I also make quite good money so it's all good. And on top of everything I never needed to deal with HR bullshit. Seems annoying.
Back in the 2000s, you could just hit up a few companies and get hired in a week. Interviews were like: do you want to work here? yes? then I'll see you on Monday. It was literally that simple.
>>221661382It’s still like this for blue-collar jobs. Young people simply do not want to work them so it’s very easy to get.
>>221661410>It’s still like this for blue-collar jobsI applied for a blue collar job a few months ago and the woman running the business asked of I "could handle older men their mood swings".Blue collar jobs suck because its full with fat boomers who hold a grudge against you for some reason, and who think that they can just abuse you and boss you around.
>>221660308HR is a made up bullshit job if i ever heard of anyA single boss can figure out who he is hiring in a 7 second conversation, also sperging out is not predictable on anyone and murder is a police matterIm not sure i would work at a place that has HR, to me its inefficient, money drain and actual damage on productivity and earnings.Just googled what HR does, its a legit bullshit job, no use for it whatsoever, a cleaning lady could do it, or just a boss, a manager even.Communists had political comesars but i think even they earned their money for actual tasks. Why do people tolerate this shit? Better question is why do company owners tolerate it first, makes no sense
I got a remote job in IT 3 months ago, I wanted this one because I felt since my first interview that there's no HR bullshit and I was right I had 3 technical interviews with engineer guys and that's it. HR guy was just doing whatever they told him that is didn't ask bullshit questions only scheduled the interviews, asked about how I left my previous job and then asked salary expectations. But it might've been lucky as I had another interview too with some HR girl and I didn't do well on that one
I have been collecting your CEO's toenail clippings for years now we haven't been introduced yet but I will marry him and have his children each of whom we will brand with a cattle iron that has the logo of this company
Some HR slut asked for my zodiac sign during a job interview once
>>221659895of course
>>221661263that's because you have actual marketable experience whereas that nigger is talking about meme white collar serfdom, i'd know because i'm a serf too.
I'm in the military and my interview boiled down to "Will you kill other humans if ordered to"
>>221659895Yeah lol>Please tell us why wageslaving for 1400 euros in browshit is the best thing that could happen to youBecause I need to not starve you fucking bitch
>>221661725Cucknada
>>221661752>1400 eurosLucky
I haven't gotten a single job in my 32yo of life that didn't come from relations.
>>221659895yes.
>>221662462ok but how about letting the japs talk about their country private gomezyou smear japan with those comments when we know there's no corruption there becaue of high morals
>>221661524>Communists had political comesars but i think even they earned their money for actual tasks.I looked into it and the Chinese Communists have quite literally rolled their political commissars they embed at major corporations into HR positions, their job is quite literally ideological enforcement. Intersectionality is just the western orthodoxy. >Why do people tolerate this shit?Because the second a major company doesn't the law suits start. Coinbase advertised they were hiring purely on merit and quite literally immediately lawyers were immediately contacting minorities and women that worked at the company to prepare for litigation.
>>221659895from what I heard from managers who employ people they don't really care much about what the paper says
>>221661458>>221661410Blue collar jobs are all absolutely flooded with migrant labour because they're not actually hard to do. You just need to be young and fit.
>>2216627832 friends are in kiwiland for work and holiday, they want to get a permanent residen card lateris that hard? would you help them?they say your country is basically perfect
>>221662544Gomenasai honorable japon people, I'm from no morals Europe.
>>221659895>be me>need job>have very very specific education which I can't work directly due to health, but I still have some soft skills from it (working with tech docs) >find an offer where working with these tech docs or something similar is 99% of the job>>HELLO, ANON, DO YOU KNOW HOW TO READ THIS DOCUMENT???>>>ye>>AAAAWWWW SHSSSSHHHHHIIIIIIEEEEEEET NIGGA YOU HIREDliterally worked 3 times thus far i have been on 5 interviews in 10 years - other 7 companies were different levels of cringejust look for a job that you have skills forentry level positions or something that you don't have experience for will always be humiliation ritual because literally anyone (WITH IQ >100) can do it>inb4 what fieldAviation>inb4 I don't have a good education imc boo hooI wanted to do biology or archeology or astronomy but I also want to eat and my education wasn't the first choice I had
>>221660945We’re just going to have to do an unfathomable level of damage to everyone responsible for the state of things before anyone can ever even dream of living in dignity again
I don't know, I can't get interviews.
>>221659895Do your countries have civil servant positions accesible through competitive exams? In France we have those so you don't technically need to deal with HR bullshit. It can be cops, magistrates, teachers, hospital staff, train station staff, town all staff and many other administrative positions.>At the end of 2024, 5.9 million employees were working in the French civil service.
>>221663299Yeah, we call them funcionarios. Once you get a position it's basically impossible to be kicked out and you have a shitload of benefits. But to get in you have to go through an exam and because so much people want to get in the exams some times require literal years of preparation. I have a few friends who have either tried to or are trying to get a position as funcionario but again, it's extremely hard.
>>221662783That’s why it’s easy to rise through the ranks if you’re white. They want whites in upper management
are jobs really that hard to get now?I have not been in the job market for 4 years now
>>221663299Yes, it's my plan to escape (or at least make tolerable) wageslaving
>>221663636We also call them fonctionnaires, they're technically not employees (employ literally means people "make use of", people accept it but it's very insulting). Here it's the same, long preparation, few people picked, but it's pretty much skilled based so way better than having to lick someone's boots and answer HR bullshit. They also can't be fired (except for super serious reasons). >>221663899Good luck fratelo!
>>221659895No but Appartment hunting is>Sorry anon but having 4 times the monthly rent in income isn't enoughOr>We're considering you for the Appartment along with 300 other people, if you wanna visit the Appartment you will have to cram in there with all the other applicants at once
>>221661676asking Chinese Zodiac is good tactics for revealing age lying here.
>>221660151Don't worry. There's A LOT of very weird people working in white collar jobs. You're probably not as autistic as you think you are
