This is how the supposedly best meat stew (nihari) restaurant in India operates. They start selling only at 5.30pm. Already, a huge crowd (key: not queue) quietly forms outside the restaurant.
But once they actually start selling, the crowd erupts into life. Apparently, you simply offer however much money and the restaurant will serve whatever portion size they think your money warrants.
There's such a commotion that you would be forgiven for thinking there's a fight of some sort. Nope, just dinner. I can't imagine how it's like during Ramadan.

This is how the actual dish looks. I've had it in India once (at another restaurant) and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. What do you think? SOVL or just thirdie chaos?
Is there only a limited supply for the day? Why the rush?
I'll die of diarrhea if I eat this.

>>221664129Kek, pajeets are disgusting only because they not use filtro de barro in their water:>People outside Brazil really think they understand água quality because they buy some overpriced plastic filter invented by depressed jeets or they boil water like is século 18. Meanwhile Brazil perfected the arte of pure water centuries ago with glorious filtro de barro, one of greatest invenções of humanidade.>You put disgusting tap water inside this humble clay masterpiece and few hours later comes out liquid perfection blessed by deuses brasileiros themselves. Cold naturally, no eletricidade needed, no annoying machine noise, no fake tecnologia with 400 buttons. Just barro, ciência brasileira and superior engenharia.>Foreigners always ask "how can clay filter water so good?" Because Brazil have inteligência ancestral, that's why. The barro removes bad gosto, impurities, sadness, negative energia, probably even taxes if you wait enough.>Then I visit neighbors countries and see what they use. Argentinos with water tasting like melted cano. Chilenos drinking mineral water so dry it feel like licking battery. Peruvians acting like mountain water automatically means quality while your estômago fighting for survival after one glass. Is tragic honestly.>Brazilian water from filtro de barro is different category completely. Smooth, fresh, leve, elegante. You drink one copo and immediately feel healthier, calmer, spiritually aligned with Amazônia. Skin improves. Thoughts become clearer. Futebol knowledge increases by 20%.>And before some gringo say "but our advanced filtration systems—" irmão please. Your machine need Wi-Fi update and replacement cartridge every 3 dias. Brazilian filtro de barro survive apocalypse.>This is why Brazilian culinária and lifestyle dominate. Even our WATER is superior. We don't just hydrate. We experience transcendência líquida.
