Good Morning.I opened Apna after a long time and I scrolled past 1000+ jobs (50 pages) and clicked on whatever jobs that interested me.Total tabs opened: 50 approx. (5% of total postings)Total jobs that didn't suit me: 30 (60% of sorted jobs) - because of many reasons. Eg. these retards say "operations executive" but when I open and read the job description it's just a sales job. They'd post "any experience" but when you click and check it out it'll say they want 4 years of experience, and they did it just for visibility. They'll silently say they want women or something that won't be visible while scrolling.Total jobs that had red flags: 5 (10% of sorted jobs) - training institute masquerading as a company, company exists too far, peanuts salary, etc.Total jobs that I could apply to: 10 (20% of sorted jobs) - office assistant useless niggajewcock jobs that anyone can apply to. These jobs already had 30 to 100 applicants and the sad part is most of these jobs paid less than 15000 rupees. What do I even fucking do?There was this one job posting that said 20000 rupees day shift and everything fine on the outside but when you click it the description had 10000 rupees night shift only work from office data entry job. I wonder if these jobs even get filled, but they probably will. Even a grocery shop staff earns more than that without having to do night shift.Anyway, this website is horse shit for graduates and I'm confused if the jobs like gardener, housekeeping, factory worker, warehouse picker even get filled by non-english speakers.
