The Bulgarian guy at my gym is convinced that saturated fats are good for you and vegetables are bad and thinks that there's a big conspirancy to push that vegetables, grains and unsaturated fats are healthy.I told him that he should be careful about his cholesterol and he will die earlier if he doesn't change his diet and he told me a doctor already told him that and recommended him statins but he won't concede.I told him to get a doctor girlfriend so he could see first hand if doctors are paid to go against saturated fats.He told me he hopes we still get to see each other in 20 or 30 years to show me he's healthy and not suffering from high blood pressure like the doctors tell him.I found this interaction funny so I told you guys, it's internationally related because guy is Bulgarian and I'm Spanish.
