Favelas didnt exist prior to 1950, most of this country's social issues only started to bloom after the US backed military dictatorship took over and made massive changes advised by a bunch of US personel on the cabinet with most of those being in regards to education, interstate migration and public administration
A lot of the issues here stem directly from this event thoughbeit local elites are the ones mostly at fault
But desu most brazilians suck off to the US and try to copy it as much as possible, brazilians love americans to an unhealthy degree and I guarantee not a single american would mind bombing us to oblivion without a care in the world or shred of empathy. I dont think I should have empathy or good feelings for people who see my people as cattle
