Do you guys know what tools and libraries ZUN uses to make touhou?

>>49955447zun has a custom game engine written with DirectX(Direct2D probably), and he uses a lot of DirectX stuff in general, for example he uses DDS files for some of the sprites. I'm guessing he writes his code either in classic C or C++.
