Either W3 Parsee or W5 Yuugi were also causing this on another farm. With C3 Yukari I think I had plenty of barriers and the only solution I could find was to switch her on the back row during last gauge, I was farming MV Sanae card with CZ1# Marisa and C5 Zanmu and burn anomalies were causing disconnections, switching to wi-fi fixed that, still it wasn't enough, so I simply reverted back to my old comp with MV Marisa, MV Sanae and MV Reimu, outside Marisa randomly getting delayed by Sanae anomalies on G1 there were no issues and I solved it with Marisa grazing once on G1.My suspect was that either the game thinks there is a fourth gauge and tries to apply anomalies to our units or unit passives are trying to apply them on ghosts causing the connection to hang up.
In the last stage of the event, both of Eirin's gauges list a change in her weaknesses and resistances but they never actually change.
