No.You need to actually learn Japanese enough through textbook/online tool/whatever before listening/reading Japanese will actually be helpful. There are a billion resources these days that are derived from textbooks, and a billion youtube channels that teach the same lessons over and over again.You don't need to ask what the best one is you just need to start.
