Out of the younger characters, who do you think would make a good mother? I think that Reimu could turn out to be a decent mother, but someone like Sakuya might be too strict and cold. Also please ignore the yoshika in the corner, she doesn't count.

Could not be trusted with a child.Youmu: On the border of contributing member of society and literal child, leaning more toward child. Would essentially be stuck in a loop asking Yuyuko for help with the baby every ten seconds.Aya: Could be good but she's a career first woman, would not have time for her child. A stay at home father would be a requirement for her.Reisen: Shockingly little canon evidence of any sort of nurturing or maternal instincts. She's nice enough but also a pretty dangerous combination of arrogant and easy to trick, she'd have a lot of trouble if her child was rambunctious.Reimu: She'd be a solid mom, good with discipline, but she's sometimes blind to the needs of others and her stubborn nature could bring needless conflict. Most likely hu here to become a tiger mom.Sakuya: Her care for Remilia is practically halfway to child rearing as is, isn't as cold as fanon makes her out to be so the main concern is really balancing her work and family. Her child is likely forced to follow her footsteps, whether they want to or not.Marisa: Surprisingly nurturing, will go out of her way to provide for others. Would be a kind mother without being too much of a pushover, two biggest issues are that her child might pick up on her bad behaviors and become slightly delinquent, and that she doesn't really have a strong support group to help her with the child like most other hus here.Sanae: Kind, hardworking, has grandma Kanako and Suwako to help out, she has plentiful pros in her favor and little going against her (might be a little bit of a pushover, but Kanako would keep the kid in line).
The issue with Reimu as a mom is who is going to keep the peace while she's on maternity leave? Will Yukari just tell the other youkai to chill out for a couple of months?
