For IIDX and SDVX you just need to install WineASIO by copying some dlls to your Wine installation and then run wineasio-register from within the game profile.
I couldn't get the audio to work in Gitadora, but that will probably change in Galaxy Wave since it supports ASIO and it should run with WineASIO.
